work it a little bit!!!!
Well it was weigh in time last night and I lost another four and a half pounds!!! I am now only one pound (and a few ounces) away from losing three stone! I havent even been doing this diet two months yet! I started on the fifteenth of January! I am amazed!
I am finding the weekly meetings quite tedious though, I really like all the people in my group but I find that sitting there for two hours talking psychobabble isnt really helping me that much and makes me quite stressed as there seems to be quite a lot of negativity in the group.
But I am happy, I am gonna chill this weekend, I dont really have any plans, but have a BIG weekend planned for next week as me and my mates are going on a road trip up to Manchester. We leave on thursday after my weigh in and are staying in a hotel for two nights and seeing Kelly Clarksons last UK gig then we will be hitting Canal Street, which I am reliably informed has had the C and S tippexed off the road sign LOL!! Ooh and I should be meeting her again!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
Hannah is also doing well and is about two or three pounds from losing two stone, she lost six pound last night, so we are gonna be a thin family soon!!!!

You are doing so well. You are clearly in the zone.
If you don't feel the sessions are helping you, you might want to think about switching over to CD, which is essentially the same diet, without the 2 hour sessions. It is also a lot cheaper. However, you may feel as you are doing soooo well, why break the formula.
